From Hornbaek:
2½ km. from Tikøb on Hornbækvej turn right at the traffic lights towards Helsinge, after approximately 1½ km you will see in Bøtterupvej on your right hand side.
From Helsingor:
On Esrumvej, pass Horserødlejren and at the traffic lights Esrumvej/Hornbækvej continue towards Helsinge approximately 1½ km, Bøtterupvej will be on your right hand side
From Copenhagen:
Drive Helsingør motorway, take Exit 4, thereafter turn left at Hornbækvej towards Tikøb. Approximately 2½ km. after Tikøb at the traffic lights turn left towards Helsinge, approximately 1½ km. on your right hand side you will see Bøtterupvej.
From Helsinge
Approximately 5 km. after Esrum you will see Bøtterupvej on your left. |

With a length of 6079 meters from the yellow tees, Hornbaek is one of Denmarks longest courses. Much of the landscape hinders play, such as heathland, hills, lakes and creeks, are in play. This combined with the length makes this one of Denmarks more challenging courses - however it is playable for all golfers regardless of skill level. The course is very varied, some holes are undulated, others doglegs. Along the way players are met by ravines, rock formations, creeks and much more. The last seven holes presents the player with a beautiful natural environment along with an exciting golf experience. |
